PROGRAM INTIATIVES FOR ATHELTICS AND SOCIAL-EMOTIONAL PROGRAM FOR BOYS GRADES 9-12TH.
SKILL DEVELOPMENT-The program focuses on developing specific skills in boys such as balance, teamwork and accountability. It provides opportunities for scholars to learn and improve their abilities in various sports or educational disciplines
Emotional intelligence – The program aims to enhance boys social -emotional skills, including self-awareness, scholars are encouraged to recognize and manage emotions, understand feelings of others and build healthy relationships
Healthy Lifestyle Choices –The Program educates boys about the importance of making healthy lifestyle choices, including nutrition, hydration and rest. Scholars learn the benefits of maintaining a balanced diet, and getting sufficient sleep to support their physical and mental well being
Positive Role Models – The program ensures that participants have access to positive role models, such as coaches, mentors, and older athletes who exemplify positive values and behaviors. These role models inspire and guide boys, encouraging them to become responsible respectful, and well rounded individuals
